
Congrats to Cassidy and Zaiya for earning positive office referrals this week! They were celebrated with gift cards from the PTA for displaying kindness and being great role models to our younger students.


We are so proud of our Sparks and Spartans Robotics Team, led by Ms. Sealie. During this week's Robotics Tournament, they showed teamwork and diligence, and Team A even placed in the top 10. We are looking forward to the next tournament in January. Go Sparks and Spartans!🤖


We celebrated 118 Students for perfect attendance during November, an increase of 45 Students from October. Thanks, parents, for your partnership and to the PTA for donating the treats!

Our 1st-graders had a fun field trip to the McWane Science Center! 🔬 They enjoyed hands-on museum exhibits, unforgettable events, and a breathtaking IMAX Dome movie experience. ☄️

This morning, the Alabama Department of Education approved a resolution recognizing Dr. Walter B. Gonsoulin, Jr. as the 2025 Alabama Superintendent of the Year!! Dr. Gonsoulin serves State School Board Districts Three, Four, and Seven with heart, vision, and determination. We couldn't be prouder of his leadership.

Our PreK students enjoyed a special appearance by Vulcan and an interactive story time with the book, ”Right Here in Birmingham.” During the story time, the students learned about early Birmingham mining and industrial history from the perspective of a child living in a company town.
