3rd Grade Veterans Day Art Contest
Would you like your art featured as our Veterans Day Program invitation or at the program? Draw your best Veterans Day picture on a 8½ x11 piece of paper. Make sure you put your first and last name and teacher’s name on the back of your art. These need to be turned in to your teacher no later than October 15. A committee will select the top piece of art for the invitation and the top 5-10 to be displayed at the program. Ideas for the art include but are not limited to a veteran, a flag, a veteran saluting a flag, etc.
These heroes not only ensure students and teachers spend their days in clean, safe environments, but also spread positivity throughout their schools. We appreciate all they do to help our district thrive! When you see your school custodian today, be sure to tell them thank you!
We would like to thank our custodians, Mr. Crenshaw, Ms. Vicki, and Ms. Deborah for their tireless work keeping our school clean and helping us create a safe and sanitary learning environment for our students. We love and appreciate all that you do for our school family!
Remember, the elementary or intermediate class with the highest daily attendance in September will take a memorable Halloween Trick-or-Treat trip to the Board of Education!
