You are warmly invited to join us online for our upcoming Black History Program. Our students have been working very hard to learn about important leaders, moments, and achievements that have helped shape our history.
To help us show our school spirit, we are asking students and staff to wear a Black History shirt or the colors red, yellow, or green on tomorrow.

The JEFCOED District Spelling Bee is tomorrow at 10 am. Use the QR code on the attached flyer to watch live. Good luck to our very own Tracie Mickens! Every McCalla Yellowjacket is rooting for you!

Last week we celebrated our 2nd-5th grade students for their progress and achievement on their mid-year testing. Students were recognized for making benchmark in M-Class testing, as well as growing their iReady scores by 25, 50, 75, or 100 points. Our Yellowjackets are working hard to meet their annual and stretch growth goals by the end of the year!
Attention Parents! I am excited to invite you to support our school's Online Art Show Fundraiser which promises to be an incredible showcase of your child's talent while aiding our school's needs.
Now, more than ever, our school needs your support. While our primary goal is to celebrate the artistic accomplishments of your children, the Online Art Show Fundraiser will also raise funds to enhance the educational experience at our school. Your contribution will directly benefit your child by providing additional resources, supplies, and opportunities to further their artistic development.
Here is how you can help:
1. Visit our Online Art Show Fundraiser:https://artomestore.com/collections/mccallaelementary35022
2. Share the event with family and friends.
3. Purchase your child's framed masterpiece. A reproduction also makes a great gift for loved ones.
We are incredibly grateful for your ongoing support and dedication to your child's education.
Thank you so much!
