📣 Outdoor classroom upgrade! 🐓🌱🐝 - Thanks to CaWaCo RC&D (https://cawaco.org/), we received a grant to help us upgrade our outdoor space! Our chickens got nice new coops, nesting boxes, new chicken wire, and tarp! We also got new bee supplies and in March we'll order an additional bee hive! Our Kindergarten students LOVE learning outside and do a great job caring for our chickens and bees! We can't wait for everyone to see the newly renovated space!

This week, students in Mrs. Castle's class learned about the election process. Today they took their voter registration cards to the polls and voted on their favorite food and favorite pet. 🍕🍕PIZZA 🍕🍕won by a landslide for our favorite food. However in the pets election we had a three way tie (cat🐈, dog🐕, and hamster 🐹) and that decision will be made at the runoff election!
