We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Mr. Charles M. Burkett, a beloved principal of Corner High School from 1974-1991. His legacy of leadership extended beyond the classroom, as he also proudly served our nation for 25 years in the United States Navy and United States Air Force. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Mr. Burkett’s family, friends, and all those whose lives he impacted.
