Returning Student Registration Information for Rudd Middle
All students returning to Rudd Middle must complete the Returning Student Registration. This requirement includes rising 6th graders coming from Kermit Johnson.
To avoid long lines during in-person registration, we highly encourage you to submit your online registration before the in-person registration dates. We also recommend uploading all necessary documentation—such as residency and new student forms—while completing your registration. Please note that once you submit your registration, you cannot go back to upload additional documents.
Approved Documents for Residency Verification Include:
- Current deed or lease
- Two current utility bills (power, water, or gas)
- Parent/guardian picture ID
- Birth certificate
- Current Alabama Immunization Form
- Most recent court documents regarding the student's legal custody, if applicable
If you are unable to produce the residency documentation listed above, you may need to provide alternative documents as instructed below.
For Property Owners:
- Copy of lease or deed (if the property is leased, the parent of the student must be added to the lease)
- Two current utility bills (power, water, or gas)
For Parents of Students:
- Two proofs of residence. Acceptable items include: car insurance documents, bank statements, medical bills, current pay stubs, car tag receipts, and proof of Medicaid or health insurance.
