Applications for the Jefferson County Virtual Academy of Learning fall semester are now being accepted. Applications for students entering grades 4-12 can be submitted now through the summer. Attention Parents/Guardians: If you are interested in applying for a student transfer for the 2026-2027 school year for your child, the transfer application is now open through June 1, 2026. Please do not miss the deadline. Late submissions cannot be accepted. Applications must be completed on an annual basis for all students wishing to transfer to a Jefferson County school, including students who are currently on a transfer. Full-time employees of the Jefferson County Board of Education are eligible to apply for a transfer for a student for whom they are the custodial parent or court-appointed legal custodian. The application is available at https://www.jefcoed.com/ under the Student Services page, Student Transfer Information section or directly by clicking https://www.jefcoed.com/page/student-transfers .
