Collaboration in action! Our librarian, Mrs. Richardson, teamed up with Mrs. Hogan and her 7th-grade ELA students for a fun and engaging lesson on citing textual evidence. Using a short passage about Drake and Kendrick Lamar, students practiced using sentence starters to support their answers with strong evidence and they loved it! In addition, students learned how to find reliable evidence using the Alabama Virtual Library. #ReadingIsLit #PurpleTigersRead #LiteracyInAction #TeamworkInEducation #AVL @jefcoed Jefferson County Schools
