We are excited to share that Mrs. Yulanda O'Neal has been selected as the new Principal of Lipscomb Elementary School.
Mrs. O'Neal brings more than 20 years of experience in education to this role. She has served as an administrative assistant, taught 3rd grade for nine years and spent six years as an assistant principal. Most recently, she served three years as an Assistant Principal at Erwin Intermediate School.
Mrs. O'Neal said she is beyond blessed to be on this journey and describes herself as a servant leader who leads with love, grace, and compassion.
Mrs. O'Neal has been married to her high school sweetheart, Dr. Cory O'Neal for almost 30 years. They have two children, Lyric and C.J. and a daughter in love, Ari. Mrs. O'Neal is also a YaYa to her grandson, Jonah, and fur babies, Otis and Henry. Mrs. O'Neal said she is also very blessed to be an identical twin to Shulanda.
Mrs. O'Neal said she is excited about this new journey and is grateful to be a part of the JEFCOED family. She is ready to serve Lipscomb Elementary School with a spirit of excellence.
