These 5th graders were recognized by the Environmental Education Association of Alabama for their “Waste Not, Want Not Sustainability” initiative. Led by Ms. Shelia Hill and Ms. Rushton Feagin, students collaborated with experts to address real-world issues—from designing rehabilitation blueprints for the Alabama Bobwhite quail to launching a community fruit tree garden!🌳
These students and educators are actively making our world a better, more sustainable place, and we applaud their work! Way to go! 🌟

All JCIB students will have e-learning this week as we move into our new campus. As we say goodbye to our longtime home here at Shades Valley, we are excited to move into our beautiful new Fultondale campus. Please join us Sunday from 2:00-4:00 for open house at our Fultondale campus and all students will return to class next Monday on the new campus!
