We are proud to announce Mrs. Nicole Donnell has been named the new Principal of Fultondale Elementary School.
Mrs. Donnell is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama and earned her master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University while teaching in Nashville. Mrs. Donnell said her journey reflects a deep commitment to lifelong learning, collaboration, and educational excellence.
Nicole is a passionate and dedicated educator with 13 years of experience in public education. She began her career as a 5th and 6th-grade teacher and later went on to serve as an ESL teacher. For the past four years, she has served as an Assistant Principal at Fultondale Elementary.
Outside of school, Mrs. Donnell is a proud wife and mom. She and her husband Sam have two young children, a curious and energetic 4-year-old daughter, Charlotte and a sweet, happy 8-month-old son, Jack who’s just beginning to explore the world. Mrs. Donnell said her children fill their lives with love and laughter.
Mrs. Donnell is thankful for the opportunity to lead Fultondale Elementary into its next chapter and said she is excited about what’s to come.
