Dear JEFCOED Family,
We are closely watching today’s weather, and I want to do my best to keep you informed about our thinking and our possible plans. So here’s an update:
The anticipated weather window is now projected to begin at 3:00 PM.
District leadership will participate in a National Weather Service briefing at 10:00 AM.
While no final decision has been reached, an early dismissal remains a distinct possibility based on the current forecast.
Following this morning’s weather briefing, we will provide an update via ParentSquare, our district website, and official social media channels.
Again no decision has been made, but we encourage all families to begin preparing for the possibility of an early dismissal. Also, if there is any damage reported tonight, that could lead to possible schedule adjustments on Thursday. As always, the safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority.
