Jefferson County Schools is proud to announce the 2026-2027 Teacher of the Year finalists, honoring exceptional educators from both elementary and secondary schools. These finalists were chosen for their dedication to students, passion for teaching, and the positive difference they make in classrooms across the district.

The finalists will be recognized at the Teacher of the Year Awards Banquet on Thursday, March 19, 2026. This year's event will feature a Night at the Oscars theme, offering an evening of elegance and celebration to honor excellence in education.

One Teacher of the Year will be selected from the Elementary Division and another from the Secondary Division.
