West Jefferson Elementary would like to recognize Mrs. Jodie Minor, who was named our Second Mile Teacher of the Year. This award goes to the teacher who goes above and beyond the call of duty. We are fortunate to have her as our Kindergarten teacher and have her in all the other roles she fulfills for our school.
