2021-2022 STUDENT REGISTRATION
All students who have been in a Jefferson County School and are returning this year (even if it is your first year at Johnson):
Once Snapcodes are available you can register your child online. Registration times are for bringing in residency paperwork.
Students who are new to Jefferson County: You can call 205-379-4350 to set up an appointment outside of the given registration dates and times to register your child.
Everyone (new and returning) will need the following paperwork to register your child for school:
-A lease/deed/mortgage statement
-2 bills in the guardian's name (i.e. water bill, power bill, property taxes)
-Immunization Record (blue card- if last year's card has expired)
-Guardian's Driver's License
-Custody Papers (if applicable)
If you cannot make one of the times listed, please call the school office to make an appointment to register.
