MAYOR STEWART SUPPORTS OUR SCHOOLS

Mayor Stewart made his rounds to our Irondale schools in May to present $100,000.00 in funding from the City of Irondale. Funding was allocated based on student population. This is the second year that our City has generously supported our schools! An additional $50,000 is allocated towards Pre-K and career tech programs.

Shades Valley High School - $44,500

Irondale Middle School - $19,500

Irondale Community School - $19,000

Grantswood Community School - $17,000
