Device/Remote Learning Packet Pickup

Beginning Wednesday, August 26th, Clay-Chalkville Middle School (CCMS) will be distributing Remote Learning Information Packets to our families.  These packets will include student schedules, current student email addresses, updated student passwords, and Schoology login information for each child.

Only custodial guardians will be allowed to check out devices and pick up Remote Learning Information Packets due to financial liability and data security related to student records.

Devices will be available for pick up for those students who completed the JEFCOED Remote Learning survey form by Thursday, August 20, 2020. Custodial guardians must have students registered for school, have their residency verified, sign the Title 1 Parent Compact and present a valid picture ID in order to check out a device.

If you did not complete the survey, a custodial guardian will still need to pick up a Remote Learning Information Packet and sign the Title 1 Parent Compact.

When you arrive on campus, you will need to park on the road by the lunchroom where teachers will be stationed to assist you.

Students will pick up Devices and Remote Learning Information Packets based on their grade level.

Pick up times are from 8:00 - 11:30 AM and from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.

6th grade will pick up Wednesday, August 26, 2020.

7th grade will pick up on Thursday, August 27, 2020.

8th grade will pick up on Friday, August 28, 2020.

Please note that ALL students will need the Remote Learning Information Packet, even those that DO NOT pick up a device.  This information will help guide you and your student through the opening of school via remote learning on September 1, 2020.
