Alabama Career Planning System (Kuder)
The Alabama Career Planning System provides education and career planning resources to help you build a successful future. Whether you’re searching for higher education or training, exploring career options, or creating a professional portfolio of materials for the job search, the system can provide you with the tools you need.
Students need to update Education Plans (4-year plans) each year. How To Update Your 4-Year Plan:
- Go to http://www.al.kuder.com
- Login: Students can log in with Clever.
- Click log in with Google
- Type in school email adress
- Type in lunch number as password
- Click "My Ed Plan"
- Click "Copy". This icon looks like two pieces of paper.
- Make a copy of last years plan and name it for the current year.
- Edit your classes to match the actual classes you have taken. **Make sure each year adds up to 9 credits, totaling 36 credits.**
- Tip: You can log onto iNow and look at your transcript if you do not remember every class you have taken in high school.

O*Net is a career exploration tool where students can research various occupations based on industry, career cluster, job zone, and more.
Occupational Outlook Handbook
The Occupational Outlook Handbook is a website sponsored by the United States Department of Labor that can help you find career information on education, training, salary, and job outlook for hundreds of various occupations.
World-of-Work Map
The World-of-Work Map graphically shows how occupations relate to each other based on work tasks.
