2020-2021 Registration Information (English)

 New Student Registration Information

Center Point Elementary School

Registration 2020 / 2021 School Year

New Students and Kindergarten Students

  1. Parents will complete the “New Student to JEFCOED Pre-Registration form” electronically. Click on this link https://forms.gle/oHWWsBkB2N9uVTfR6
  2. Parents will turn in residence verification documents to the school’s office on  Mondays through Thursdays 8:00 - 11:00 and 1:00 - 3.00.

                                                      OR 

Scan and email ALL documents to dcarns@jefcoed.com

 

The following documents are required for NEW students to our school:

 1) current original immunization card for the student  

2) student birth certificate  3) student social security card 

4) withdrawal papers from the previous school  5) custody papers if applicable.

AND 

Residence Verification Requirements

  1. All students must provide residence verification each school year.

REQUIRED - A complete current lease (must include custodial parent name as tenant or occupant)  or  current monthly mortgage statement in the name of the custodial parent  or  Deed  or   Current Year Tax Card in the name of the custodial parent.

AND

  1. Two current utility bills (gas bill, electric bill, water bill) or one current utility bill AND one official document in the custodial parent’s name (tag notice, insurance, bank statement).

AND

  1. A copy of the custodial parent’s driver’s license (or valid legal picture ID).

 

Note: If the lease or mortgage is not in the custodial parent’s name, please call the office at 205-379-2900 to schedule an appointment to complete the 2nd Party Residency requirements. 

 

Once you have successfully completed all the above steps, you will be required to complete online registration.  Codes for online registration will be mailed out on Monday, July 6th. Once you receive your snap code, you will need to follow the directions below under Returning Students Information. Click the link to enter the snap code to begin online registration. You will not have to resubmit your Residence Verification Information.
