Lunch Account Refund Request

If you need a refund of the money in your child's lunch room account, please follow these instructions from the Child Nutrition Department.

Per the Jefferson County Board of Education's Child Nutrition Department, refunds of student lunchroom accounts can be issued to parents upon completion of the forms linked below. The completed forms should be sent to Sonja Anthony at her Email. She will ensure they are forwarded to the CNP Staff Accountant and the Finance Department for processing.

Both forms MUST be completed and submitted to receive your refund.
