Welcome to HPS! 

I am thrilled to serve as the principal of Hueytown Primary School. I am excited that I get to be a part of the educational journey of our students. I have an immense passion for nurturing young minds, and I am committed to providing our students with a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment. I value the school and home partnership and believe that it is vital to the success of our students. By working together, our students will thrive.

I have 16 years of experience in the field of education with 15 of those years being in Jefferson County. Although most of my teaching years were spent teaching 5th grade, I have also taught 2nd and 3rd grade.

I look forward to working with you and your student this school year.  It is always a great day to be a Hueytown Primary CUB!
