Greetings!

I am Mrs. Courtney Staple, I am thrilled and grateful to serve alongside an incredible staff and community as the Assistant Principal of Grantswood Community School. With 17 years of experience in education, specifically in literacy development, I am committed to ensuring every student receives the best education possible . I believe every student has the ability to learn and be successful regardless of their background or starting point. I look forward to working closely with staff, parents and the community to foster an environment that helps every child to ignite GREATNESS.

I am a native of Mobile, Alabama. My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Alabama and a Masters of Elementary Education, Elementary Education Specialist Degree, and Administration AA Certification from the University of West Alabama.

I currently reside in Moody, Alabama alongside my husband Alton and son Cameron.
