Steps to make things go quickly:
Shutdown the device: many issues can be corrected by shutting down the device. This does not mean closing the lid on a laptop. On Windows devices, Start Menu-->Power-->Shutdown. Wait 30-60 seconds and the restart the device.
Make sure your device/browser is updated.
Check for updates yourself
Turn on your Chromebook.
At the bottom right, select the time.
Select Settings .
At the bottom of the left panel, select About Chrome OS.
Under "Google Chrome OS," you'll find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
Select Check for updates.
If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.
However, if you feel overwhelmed complete this form. It has options to upload screen shots of issues. I will review your issue and try to help.

Enable Live Captions for Audio and Video in Google Chrome Browser
"These captions in Chrome are created on-device, which allows the captions to appear as the content plays without ever having to leave your computer. Live Caption also works offline, so you can even caption audio and video files saved on your hard drive when you play them in Chrome.
To turn on Live Caption in Chrome from your desktop, go to Chrome Settings, click on the Advanced section, then go to the Accessibility section. The feature currently supports English and is available globally on the latest release of Chrome on Windows, Mac and Linux devices and will be coming soon to ChromeOS." formHow to Take Screen Shots on a Chromebook
Screenshots can be useful for a variety of reasons. For example, you can send copies of error messages to support services, show a friend what your game screen looks like, or save a tweet that you suspect is going to be deleted in a few minutes. Today’s laptops all include ways to take screenshots, and that includes Chromebooks.
Reset your Chromebook Hardware
To fix some Chromebook problems, you might need to reset your Chromebook hardware, also called a hard reset.
Try a hard reset only after other ways to fix the problem have failed. It will restart your Chromebook hardware (like your keyboard and touchpad), and might delete some files in your Downloads folder.
