Dr. Jeremy B. Jones, a native of Troy, Alabama, now resides in Birmingham. He is a proud graduate of Charles Henderson High School and an active member of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Dr. Jones earned a baseball scholarship to the University of Montevallo, where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology in 2010. His passion for education led him to pursue a Master’s Degree in Education from Troy University in 2013, followed by an Education Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University in 2017. On July 31st, 2024, Dr. Jones earned his Doctoral Degree from Lincoln Memorial University.
Currently in his second year as Principal of Erwin Middle School in Center Point, Alabama, Dr. Jones has been an educator for over 11 years, serving in various roles including science teacher, physical education teacher, assistant principal, and coach for baseball, basketball, and football. As a committed leader, Dr. Jones is dedicated to providing every student with a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment.
