Welcome to the Center Point High School Student Success Center, which houses the CPHS Counselors, School Registrar, and CARES Team Social Worker.
The mission of the Student Success Center is to provide a comprehensive program that addresses the academic, personal, social and career development of students to ensure that they become productive life-long learners and socially responsible members of society.
