There are no snapcodes this year. You simply log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal as if you were going to check your student's grades. There is a registration tab on the bottom left. Click there to begin.

You will be able to upload all documents via the online portal.

We will verify documents submitted for residence verification.

Registration is not complete until both the online registration process has been completed AND residence documents have been verified. We will have dates in July for Schedule Pick Up and paying fees.

Before you begin have these documents ready to uploaded in .pdf or image form:

Single Party Residence - Student lives in home where lease or deed and utilities are in the name of his/her legal guardian.
Current Lease or Deed
2 Current Utility Bills (Power, Water or Gas)
Parent/Guardian Picture ID

2nd Party Residence - Student lives in home where lease or deed and utilities are not in the name of his/her legal guardian.
Property Owner:
Copy of Lease or Deed - If the property is leased, the parent of the student is required to be added to the lease
2 Current Utility Bills (Power, Water or Gas)
Parent of Student:
2 Proofs of Residence (Acceptable items include: Car Insurance, Bank Statement, Medical Bills, Current Pay Stub, Car Tag Receipt, Proof of Medicaid or Health Insurance)

If you are unable to upload documents, you will need to bring them to the school's main office after completing the online portion.

We are open Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 am until 3:30 pm.

If you have never logged in to PowerSchool to see your student's grades, please email Mrs. Barnett with your student's name. dbarnett@jefcoed.com. We can resend your PowerSchool credentials.
