Home of the Yellow Jackets
The mission of McAdory High School is to guide the development of all students so that they will become lifelong learners, prepared to function in an ever-changing global society.
We have a busy two weeks ahead. December 5-9 we will prepare for final exams. December 12-13 are our final exam dates. Our students last day is December 16th and their first day to return is January 6, 2023.
Click below to view our exemption policy. Final Exam Exemption Policy
The Google student exemption form will go live at 8 am on Tuesday December 6th and will close at noon on Thursday December 8th. If the exemption is not approved by your teacher before you fill out the google form, you will have to take the exam, no exceptions. Students who do not have the grade to be exempt by December 6th cannot exempt that class.
Also attached is the official check-out form. These will be handed out in class on Friday, December 9th. You will not need to print this at home unless your student fails to bring it home. This document must be turned in to the teacher that teaches the final exam your student plans to exempt for each day. If you have no exams Monday, you will not need this on Monday, etc.
Please do not come into the school prior to the end of the day's exams to check your student out. We will ring the bell on Monday and Tuesday when exams are finished and students will be released. We will not call into any classroom to find a student while exams are still being taken. Just because one class has finished, does not mean all classes or all students have finished taking their exams.
