School Closure Update - March 26, 2020
Governor Kay Ivey and State Superintendent Dr. Eric Mackey announced today that students will not be returning to traditional school during the 2019-2020 school year.

School Closure Announcement
Based on recent updates and after careful consideration, we have made the decision to close schools effective immediately.

Saturday, 2:00 pageant beings at Gardendale High School Auditorium, Admission is $7 for children, $10 for adults and 5 & under are free, Participants may enter the building and go backstage beginning at 12:00 with one female adult chaperone, the People's Choice Table will be located in the auditorium lobby ($1=1 vote; one winner will be chosen per grade level)- The pageant rehearsal will be held on Friday, March 6 at Gardendale High School in the Auditorium. Kindergarten and 1st Grade rehearsal is 3:30-4:00, 2nd and 3rd grade rehearsal is 4:00-4:30, and 4th and 5th grade rehearsal is from 4:30-5:00. Practice is not mandatory, however it is recommended so contestants may be the opportunity to walk the stage and see the layout.

Domino's Pizza will host another Spirit Night Monday, March 9th. 10% of the proceeds will go directly to our school!

Reading Night will be Thursday, March 12 at 6:00-7:00pm. You will have an opportunity to visit your child's classroom and play Bingo for Books!

Spring Break will be March 23rd-27th!
