The bands consist of the following ensembles:
- Marching Band (which includes our Color Guard and danceline, The Rockettes)
- Concert Band
- Jazz Band
- Pep Band (for basketball or other similar events)

To participate in band as a musician a student needs to have either:1) completed 8th grade band classes at Bragg Middle School or2) have prior band immediate band experience at their previous school.Exceptions can be made for certain rhythm section instruments (piano, guitar, bass guitar) for Jazz Band with band director approval.To participate in the Color Guard or Rockettes, a student must attend a mandatory meeting in January and participate in mandatory clinics and tryouts usually held in March.
