Immediate Opening: Chief School Financial Officer & Executive Director of Finance
The Jefferson County Board of Education is actively seeking a Chief School Financial Officer & Executive Director of Finance for the school system. JOB TITLE: CHIEF SCHOOL FINANCIAL OFFICER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

SALARY RANGE: $150,000 to $180,000—the salary is negotiable based on the successful candidate’s experience and proven track record of success.

The Jefferson County Board of Education will meet several times during the month of November.
The state department has released on their website spring testing data for the 2020-2021 school year. In areas like English Language Arts/Reading, we saw a less dramatic drop. However, in areas like math, the learning loss was much more pronounced. The district is taking several steps to support students.
