Instructions for Stakeholder Surveys

Student Survey

Step One:  Go to the following site

                     http://sharepoint.jefcoed.com/Surveys/default.aspx?PageView=Shared

Step Two:  Click on "sign in" at the top right side of the page
                      
 Your username and password will be Jefcoed followed by your lunch number.
                          Example:  USERNAME:  Jefcoed\99999
                                          PASSWORD: 99999

Step Three:  Select the Student Questionnaire from the list in the center of the page.

Step Four:  From the task bar choose "Respond to this Survey"

Step Five:  Complete the survey and hit the "Finish" button at the bottom of the page. 

     Please complete by March 31st!
