Family Dynamics |
Comprehensive in nature and serves as the foundational course fin FCSE. Provides opportunities for students to explore family, food, clothing, housing, financial, and consumer needs. |

Food and Fitness/Parenting |
Two separate one-half term courses. Food and Fitness provides instruction to students about lifelong individual health and wellness. Parenting allows students focus on all roles of child development from planning parenthood to guiding adolescents in today's society. |

Fashion Decisions/Interior Design |
Two separate one-half term courses. Fashion Decisions introduces students to the selection and care of clothing and accessories for individuals and families. Interior design introduces students to the historical aspects and contemporary trends in housing and interior design. |
