Mission Statement

The mission of Minor Community School is to encourage all students to excel in the classroom so they will be successful adults.

Beliefs

• Student learning is the chief priority for the school.
• A safe, caring, and productive environment promotes student learning.
• Everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect.
• All students can learn, however, students learn in different ways and should be provided with a variety of instructional approaches to support his or her learning style.
• Students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process and are able to apply their learning in a meaningful context.
