INSTRUCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Teachers shall perform such duties as are customarily performed by instructors, and as may be directed by the superintendent of schools, assistant superintendent of schools, or principal. Teachers shall devote themselves faithfully and exclusively to the performance of such duties unless otherwise approved by the principal.

Teachers shall follow the courses of study and use the textbooks prescribed by the County and State Boards of Education. Magazines, newspapers, pamphlets and other instructional material used for instructional purposes shall be selected with care. The teacher shall submit a list of such materials to the principal for approval.
