Billy McCaskill, Minor High School 2009 graduate, won the Youth Leadership Award given by the Birmingham Area Governor's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities on October 23 at The Club.   He has shown outstanding leadership, community service and advocacy to raise awareness about disability. Giving the award is Dr. Cary Boswell, the new Commissioner of the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services, at right.
