Dr. Jon Remley, right, introduced  two JefCoEd band directors at the most recent Leadership Council for their band programs which have resulted in prestigious invitations for performance and holding clinics at state meetings.  Joel Henson, Oak Grove High School band director, left, will be featured as a clinician at the Alabama Music Educators Association annual conference.  David Allinder, center, will conduct the Shades Valley High School Symphonic Band at the Southeastern United States Band Clinic at Troy State University, the only band from Alabama to be chosen.  Not pictured is Greg Gumina of Shades Valley High School, who will conduct the Shaes Valley Percussion Ensemble at the Alabama Music Educators Association conference.
