Dr. Richard Underwood motivates Tier III on building climate and culture

Dr. Richard Underwood was the motivational speaker at JefCoEd's Tier III meeting November 28 before the participants left for an obsevation to Piedmont High School to see their successful approach in building climate and culture in their school.   Dr. Underwood directs  The Next Level Institute which is associated with Leadership Management, Inc. in Jackson, MS. 

With him are left, Sally Price of the JefCoEd's Public Schools Foundation which helps sponsor Tier 3 and at right Ann Underwood, of the  JefCoEd's New Construction Department.  Dr. Steven Edwards is the continuing consultant/adviser with the Tier 3 program, an advanced level of leadership development for local school and central office administrators.
