Four Corner High Crooners delight audiences in The Taffetas

On September 27 Corner Theatre Academy began its inaugural production The Taffetas, A musical Journey through the Fabulous 50's and concluded the presentation September 29.    The four stars clockwise from left are Mattie Burrell, Lydia Knight, Kendall Kelley, and Alex Gravlee.  The idea was was conceived by Rick Lewis who also did the musical and vocal arrangements with additional material provided by Arthur Whitelaw.  The musical was directed by Don Garrett and Pat Putman.  Tristan Leach is the stage manager;  Mike Putman is producer/director; and Debra Reeser is a director for Corner Theatre Academy, only one of two in Alabama.  The talented crooners received a prolonged standing ovation.
