Long’s Electronics held a contest for educators across the nation to understand better how teachers were using new technology in the classroom. The Elmo visual presenter has revolutionized the way teachers teach in all parts of the country. Laura Lanier, a third grade teacher at Clay Elementary, won an Elmo visual presenter, a video projector, a da-lite classroom screen, and a Bretford presentation cart for her school plus $500 for herself. Roy Long made the presentation and Superintendent Phil Hammonds was on hand for the presentation at the school. Congratulations!
